The GHL Affiliate Landing Page System: Niche Plus City Pages That Rank

How I build location-specific landing pages for GoHighLevel's local-business niches, and how to model the system.

Some links below are affiliate links. If you buy through them I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. How I choose what to recommend.

When I started as a GoHighLevel (GHL) affiliate, I spent more than $6,000 on tools and training and paid for the software for months without landing a single client. The breakthrough was not another course. It was a narrow, repeatable system: one landing page for each combination of local niche and city, each answering exactly what that business owner searches for.

I have built more than 33 of these pages so far and keep adding to them. You can see them live at fl.successaihub.com. This guide explains how the system works so you can model it.

What the system is

Each page targets one niche plus one location, for example "real estate CRM Tampa" or "salon booking software Miami." GoHighLevel serves many local business types, and owners in those businesses search for software in exactly these terms.

These searches work well for affiliates because:

  • They are specific. Someone searching "medspa CRM Dallas" knows what they want.
  • They are commercial. The searcher is evaluating software to buy.
  • They are often thinly covered. Big software sites write national pages, not one for every city and niche.

The goal is not one big page that ranks for everything. It is many small, genuinely useful pages that each rank for one precise search.

Step 1: Choose your niches

Pick 5 to 10 local business types that GoHighLevel serves well and that you understand. Good starting points include real estate, med spas, home services, roofing, dental practices, salons, and gyms.

For each niche, write down the owner's biggest headaches. Missed calls, no-show appointments, slow follow-up on leads, and scattered tools are common. These become the core of each page.

Step 2: Map niche plus city keywords

In a spreadsheet, combine each niche with the cities you want to target:

Niche City Target search
Med spa Dallas medspa CRM Dallas
Real estate Miami real estate automation Miami
Roofing Orlando roofing CRM Orlando

Start with cities you know or can research properly. Check each search in Google to see what ranks now. If the results are national software sites with no local angle, that is an opening.

Step 3: Build one strong template, then customize

Every page follows the same structure:

  1. A headline and title that match the search exactly
  2. The niche's specific problems, stated in the owner's words
  3. How GoHighLevel solves each one, in plain steps
  4. Local detail: the city, the market, and how businesses there operate
  5. A short FAQ answering the questions a buyer would ask
  6. A clear call to action to start the GoHighLevel trial, with an affiliate disclosure

The template keeps quality consistent. The customization keeps each page from being a duplicate. Swapping only the city name is not enough; Google treats near-identical pages as thin content. Each page needs genuinely local and niche-specific detail.

Step 4: Deploy in batches

Write and publish in batches, for example 5 to 10 pages at a time, rather than one page whenever you remember. AI can help draft the niche and local sections, but review every page for accuracy before it goes live.

Step 5: Track and double down

Add each page to Google Search Console tracking and review monthly:

  • Which pages get impressions, and for which searches
  • Which niches and cities rank fastest
  • Which pages get clicks but no trial signups (rewrite the offer section)

Expand the niches and cities that respond. Retire or merge the pages that never get impressions.

What to expect

Be patient. Local pages often rank faster than broad national terms, but timelines vary by city, niche, and competition, and there is no guaranteed result. Treat each page as a small asset: some will never earn, a few will do most of the work.

GoHighLevel's affiliate program pays recurring commissions while referred customers stay subscribed, which is what makes a library of pages valuable over time. Check the current program terms in your GoHighLevel affiliate dashboard.

FAQ

Do I need technical skills? Basic comfort with a page builder or template is enough. The harder part is research and writing genuinely useful local detail.

Does this work outside Florida or the US? The approach works anywhere local businesses search for software. Check that GoHighLevel and its affiliate program serve the market you target.

How is this different from a regular affiliate blog? A blog targets broad informational topics. This system targets narrow, commercial, local searches with one page per intent, which is usually easier to rank and closer to a buying decision.

Can I just change the city name on each page? No. Near-duplicate pages are treated as thin content and can hurt the whole site. Each page needs real, specific detail.
